Cancellation & Refund Policy

At High Octane Amusement Limited, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy to ensure the best experience for our customers.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Bookings cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

2. No-Show Policy

No refund will be provided if the customer does not show up at the scheduled time of the booking. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method used during the transaction.

4. Service Issues

In case of technical issues or unavailability of services from our side, customers will be offered a full refund or a rescheduling option at no extra cost.
